Pneumatic Assembly Machine
The A3-P is a benchtop pneumatic frame assembly machine, built to withstand the rigors of time. Designed for the custom framer who assembles small to medium size frames. It can join all types of wood, plastic, and MDF with precision using special steel A+ wedges, that are manufactured in several different sizes.
The automatic fence clamp (AFC) that locks the fence in position when driving wedges, is available in the
classic version with the clamp on the top of the machine or the new “optional” version with the clamp under the machine.
This machine is equipped with a very strong nail driver providing trouble free operation for many years.
A5-MemoTS
Electronic Assembly Machine
The A5-Memo TS has been designed for the production framer that requires high speed assembly and has frequent changeovers. The machine is equipped with a touch screen using Windows™ CE, which allows you to store an almost endless amount of programs. The programs can be manually entered into the machine or downloaded from a PC.
The operator can easily recall the program through the touch screen or via an optional bar code scanner. Once the operator scans the barcode production can start immediately. The barcode scanner can also fully program the machine through the use of a special QR barcode. Wedges can be driven or stacked in up to 10 positions per corner.
It can be used to assemble all types of wood, plastic and MDF using our special steel A+ wedges, which are manufactured in several sizes.
The A5-Memo TS has no equal in terms of ease of programming, quality and speed of assembly.
A6-MemoTS+

The A6-MemoTS+ model has a magazine composed of five channels which contain different sizes of special steel A+ wedges: 5, 7, 10, 12, 15mm. Within the same work cycle the operator can insert and / or stack wedges of different sizes in the programmed positions. It can be used to assemble all types of wood, plastic, and MDF.

The A7-MemoTS has been designed for the custom production framer who has frequent changeovers and requires high speed assembly. Specific to this machine is a vertical hold down that travels back and forth inline with the driver assembly reducing the need to reset the position of the hold down when changing frame programs allowing you to increase your productivity.
